Merch, made to order

Wear the memory. Ship it anywhere.

Every artist's shop is stocked automatically — no inventory to buy, no boxes in your garage. You design it, a fan orders it, a print partner makes and ships it.

1 — Design

Upload art or use the bear's cover-art generator to create shirts, hoodies, mugs, and posters for your release.

2 — Sync

Products push automatically to your artist page and the main Shop — one catalog, always current.

3 — Sell

Fans check out with card or Apple/Google Pay via Stripe, right on your page. No third-party redirect.

4 — Fulfill

Our print partner produces and ships the order directly to the fan. You never touch a box.

How the money works

You set the price. We handle the rest.

Every product has a base production cost from our print partner (what it actually costs to make and ship). You set your retail price above that. When it sells:

🖨️ Print Partner

Gets the base production + shipping cost. They print, pack, and ship — typically 2–5 business days.

🏷️ Platform Fee

8–12% of your margin (based on membership tier) covers hosting, checkout, and promotion.

🎤 You

Keep everything above cost + fee. Higher-tier memberships keep a bigger share.

Example: a shirt costs $13 to produce. You price it at $28. Platform fee (8%) is $1.20. You keep $13.80 per shirt — paid out automatically.

Print-on-demand partner options

Two solid fits for this setup, both connect the same way — you (or an artist) create a product once, and it syncs to the storefront automatically:

Printful

Deep catalog (200+ products), has a direct API for custom storefronts like this one, and a Stripe-friendly checkout flow. When an order comes in on your site, an API call sends it straight to Printful for production — no manual step.

Printify

Similar model, often cheaper base costs since it routes to multiple print providers. Also has a public API for custom sites, slightly more setup to pick providers per product.

DistroKid Merch

Since you already run DistroKid Ultimate, their built-in merch (they print & ship, artist keeps 100%) is worth linking as an option for artists who want zero platform fee — good goodwill offer even if most sales stay in-house.

Recommended path: connect Printful's API key in Admin → Connections. Products created there auto-list here and on each artist's page. Stripe handles the charge; Printful handles making and shipping it.
