1Introduction

Welcome to DeaDYBeaR ("we," "us," "our"), operated under the deadybear.rip domain by AR Consulting Pros LLC. We're an AI-powered creative studio โ€” image, video, and music generation, music distribution through Productions, an NFT collection with Battle Arena wagering, and PulseChain wallet/token tools through BearTracker. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2Information We Collect

Account information

  • Email address โ€” to create your account and send service notifications
  • Password โ€” stored hashed (never in plain text) by our authentication provider, Supabase
  • Display name (if provided) โ€” shown on public creations if you choose to share them
  • Optional wallet address โ€” only if you voluntarily add one for BearTracker or token-related features; we never connect directly to your wallet, you only type the address

Content you create

When you generate images, video, music, or bear stories, we store the prompts you submit, the generated output, the model used, the generation timestamp, and whether you've marked it public or kept it private.

Usage data

We collect basic usage data โ€” pages visited, features used, and approximate location (city/country level, from your IP address) โ€” to run the Service and improve it.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking details โ€” Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy.

3How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process generation requests on your behalf through the AI providers we route to
  • Manage your account, subscription, and credit balance, including Battle Arena wagers
  • Process music distribution submissions through our distribution partner
  • Send service-related emails (confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or Terms of Service violations
  • Improve the Service through aggregated usage analytics

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

4Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with the following providers, only as necessary to run the Service:

  • Supabase โ€” authentication, database, and storage; your account data lives here
  • Cloudflare R2 โ€” hosts your generated images, video, and audio files
  • AI generation providers (including OpenAI, xAI, and Mureka) โ€” receive the prompts and reference material you submit when generating content, and may retain them per their own terms
  • Our music distribution partner โ€” receives tracks and metadata you submit through Productions for release to platforms like Spotify and Apple Music
  • Stripe โ€” processes subscription and credit purchase payments
  • Public blockchain data โ€” any address you look up through BearTracker is queried against public PulseChain data; the address itself isn't shared beyond running your query

Each provider has its own privacy policy; we recommend reviewing them. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

5AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Service is created by AI models trained on broad datasets. We don't claim copyright over your generated content โ€” it's yours to use, subject to our Terms of Service.

Reference images or audio you upload for a generation are sent to the relevant AI provider for processing. We keep the generated result; the reference file itself is only retained if you separately save it to your own gallery.

Marking a generation, track, or bear public makes it visible in the relevant community area and shareable by link. You can mark any of your own creations private, or delete them, at any time from your account.

6NFT, Battle Arena & Token Data

If you claim, mint, burn, trade, or wager a DeaDY BeaR, we record that action and its result (including any resulting Alive Bear or Battle Arena outcome) against your account, since it directly affects your credit balance and bear collection. This history may be used to detect exploit or fraud patterns described in Section 3.

7BearTracker & Wallet Data

If you add a wallet address for BearTracker or a DEADY token feature, we store the address you typed so it can be shown again on your next visit. We do not have wallet signing access and cannot move funds on your behalf. Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers by design โ€” anything visible on-chain for that address (balances, transaction history) is not private information we control.

8Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies, only for authentication (keeping you signed in) and preferences (remembering settings like your chosen theme). We don't use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.

9Data Retention

We keep your account data and generations for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your private generations and personal data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain longer, such as billing receipts and transaction records tied to payments or Battle Arena wagers.

10International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, and our AI and distribution partners) may process data outside your home country, including in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your own.

11Data Security

  • HTTPS encryption on all connections
  • Hashed passwords, never stored in plain text
  • Database access restricted by row-level security policies
  • Periodic review of authentication and storage configuration

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you within 72 hours.

12Your Rights

  • Access your data โ€” see everything we have about you from your account dashboard
  • Update your data โ€” change your email, display name, etc., from your account page
  • Delete your data โ€” request full account deletion any time by emailing us; we delete your account and generations within 30 days, except records we're required to retain (such as billing receipts)
  • Export your data โ€” request a copy of your generations and account information
  • Opt out of marketing โ€” we don't currently send marketing emails, but you can unsubscribe from any we do send in the future

If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA, including data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

13Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes, so there is nothing to opt out of under CCPA's "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requirement. If this ever changes, we will update this section and provide an opt-out mechanism before doing so.

14Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Users between 13 and 18 should review this policy with a parent or guardian, especially before using any feature involving payments, credits, or wagering.

16Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above; for significant changes, we'll note it prominently on the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
